For Mineral foundation makeup is great for a glowing base coverage around the face and neck. you need arrowroot powder to start with as a base ingredient. Add one or a combination of: Cocoa Powder Ground Cinnamon Nutmeg Jojoba, Olive, or Almond Oil (optional) Directions: 1. Start with a base of arrowroot powder (1 tsp. for dark skin – 1 Tbs. for light skin) 2. Slowly add in one or combination of the cocoa powder, cinnamon, or nutmeg until you reach your desired tone. 3. If you want more of a “compact” foundation, add some jojoba/olive/almond oil to the mixture and press down into a compact. (Start with 5 drops and keep adding until it reaches your desired texture). Then apply evenly with a makeup brush over your face and neck.
Mineral Translucent Powder Recipe

Mineral translucent powder is great for oily skin, for this recipe you will need the following ingredients: Organic cocoa for tint adjustment. Organic cornstarch, Cornstarch is sometimes used in makeup because it offers great oil absorption. Lastly French green clay. French Green French green clay powder is great at absorbing dirt, oil and bacteria while being gentle on pores. In a small bowl combine 1 part cornstarch, 1 part green clay and a bit of cocoa. 1 part in a 1 to 1 recipe depends on how much you are making. If you want a gallon, each part would be 2 quarts. If you want 1 cup, each part would be half a cup. If you are using a spice jar like I did, then about half a jar of each. To apply lightly dust the mineral powder your face and neck with a soft makeup brush once your makeup is set in place.

This Mascara makeup recipe is made of all natural ingredients and will live leave your eye lashes with a long lasting color and fuller lashes Ingredients: 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp shea butter 1 1/2 tsp bees wax 4 tsp of aloe vera gel 1-2 capsules of activated charcoal (I found this at my local Vitamin World) Directions: In a small saucepan or mini sauce crockpot place first 4 ingredients and heat until completely melted. Mix in activated charcoal and remove from the heat. Place mixture in a plastic bag, allow to cool a bit, and move contents to one corner of the bag. Cut a small hole at the corner, insert into empty sterilized mascara tube like this one, and gently squeeze mascara into tube.
